Product Description

 

CDTech’s newly launched S090BWS09HB 9.0-inch industrial-grade LCD display module is designed with professional parameters to meet the demands of harsh scenarios. It features a resolution of 1024×600 (WXGA) and is equipped with IPS wide viewing angle technology, achieving 170° full viewing angle both horizontally and vertically to ensure consistent image quality when observed from multiple directions. With a typical brightness of 500cd/m² and a contrast ratio of 800:1, it delivers high definition and color layering even in strong or complex lighting environments.

 

Boasting a response time of only 15ms, it effectively reduces motion blur, ensuring smooth display of real-time data and dynamic graphs. The interface adopts a 3-lane LVDS and 40-pin FFC connection, with the FPC area fitted with a black EMI protective film. This enhanced electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) design minimizes the impact of environmental electromagnetic interference on signal transmission, improving the long-term operational stability of the module. Additionally, it operates within a wide temperature range of -20℃ to +70℃, withstanding extreme temperature fluctuations and adapting to various harsh industrial environments.

 
Customization services are available:
brightness parameters, interface types, and structural dimensions can be exclusively adjusted according to customers’ specific needs, further adapting to the installation and functional requirements of differentiated scenarios.

Its wide temperature range adapts to workshop high temperatures or cold storage low temperatures; the full viewing angle facilitates viewing from multiple positions; and the fast response ensures real-time data display without delay.

After Sales Service

 

We have established a rapid response mechanism to promptly handle customer feedback and complaints. Usually, we can reply to customers within 1 day about the possible causes of defects and temporary measures, issue a defect judgment report within 3 days of receiving the defective product, and issue an 8D analysis and improvement report within 7 days.

Product Lifetime

 

The lifetime of our product is determined by the lifetime of the LED in the backlight, usually 30000 hours or 50000 hours. Please refer to the specifications for details.

Warranty period

 

The warranty period of CDTech is one year according to LCD industry standards. Within one year, any product with any problems can receive free after-sales service and returns. After one year, CDTech can still provide paid after-sales service.

ESD Protection

 

All devices are designed and handled in consideration of ESD protection. This includes ESD-SAFE packaging within anti-static bags, wraps, and trays. Customers are reminded to always follow ESD safety to best protect the devices.
