Product Description
CDTech 10.1-inch IPS capacitive touch screen features outstanding performance. With a resolution of 1280×800, it can display images and texts delicately and clearly. The screen brightness of 400 nits and a contrast ratio of 1000:1 ensure excellent visibility even under strong light or complex lighting conditions, presenting vivid and excellent color performance.
The built-in EK79202 driver IC guarantees stable signal transmission, and the LCD interface with LVDS standard has strong compatibility. The combination of the ILI2511 touch screen driver IC and the USB interface enables sensitive touch response. The EMI (Electromagnetic Interference) protection is set at the FPC part to resist interference and ensure the stability of touch control and display.
It supports multi-touch, meeting the complex operation requirements in industrial applications, allowing operations like scaling, panning, and rotating. The operating temperature ranges from -20°C to +70°C, and the storage temperature ranges from -30°C to +80°C. The wide temperature design makes it adaptable to harsh industrial sites. In conclusion, it is an ideal display screen for industrial automation, intelligent terminals, and other fields.

LCD Customization
FPC, as one of the important components of LCD, often supports diverse designs and functions. Regarding FPC, CDTech can provide customisation services including size, shape, pin layout, connector type(solder or plug-in), anti-static design(EMI, EMC, ESD), PWM function(to adjust backlight brightness), and black epoxy resin coating around the IC. We can support not only customised LCM FPC but also customised CTP FPC.

Touch Panel Customization
For selective CTP solutions that can be used for multiple applications, CDTech has our own CTP production line and can provide diversified CTP customisation services, including: support for touch through thick cover glass, waterproof touch(e.g., automotive, charging post, shower devices, etc.), glove touch(e.g., medical and automotive, etc.), active/passive pens(e.g., industrial control and tablet PC), and customised CTP FPC. CDTech also cooperates with several IC suppliers, so that we can choose the right touch IC according to different projects and different CTP requirements, and can support USB and IIC interfaces.

Usage Guidelines
CDTech’s LCD products have high quality reliability, allowing customers to use them for a long time without easily breaking down. However, we also suggest that customers will follow the correct operation or storage methods when using them: try to avoid direct contact with the FPC gold fingers with hands to prevent oxidation. It is recommended to wear anti-static gloves or finger cots for operation, and ensure effective grounding. When the products are not used for a long time, they should not be stored in high-temperature and high-humidity environments for a long time, but should be stored in a warehouse with appropriate temperature and humidity.

We have established a rapid response mechanism to promptly handle customer feedback and complaints. Usually, we can reply to customers within 1 day about the possible causes of defects and temporary measures, issue a defect judgment report within 3 days of receiving the defective product, and issue an 8D analysis and improvement report within 7 days. |
| Product Lifetime |
The lifetime of our product is determined by the lifetime of the LED in the backlight, usually 30000 hours or 50000 hours. Please refer to the specifications for details. |
| Warranty period |
The warranty period of CDTech is one year according to LCD industry standards. Within one year, any product with any problems can receive free after-sales service and returns. After one year, CDTech can still provide paid after-sales service. |
| ESD Protection |
All devices are designed and handled in consideration of ESD protection. This includes ESD-SAFE packaging within anti-static bags, wraps, and trays. Customers are reminded to always follow ESD safety to best protect the devices. |
