Product Description
CDTech’s new S121HXG11HD is a 12.1-inch wide-temperature LCD module for industrial/automotive use, with core strengths in “full-scenario adaptability” and “stable performance.” It uses IPS full-view tech, ensuring no color shift within 85° (all directions). With 1024×768 resolution, 500cd/m² brightness, 1200:1 contrast, 16.7M colors and 70% gamut, it delivers clear visuals under strong light and multi angles. 12ms (TYP) response ensures smooth dynamic display without blur.
Hardware includes JD9168S high-performance driver IC and RTQ4554N-QTA adjustable 10-pin PWM backlight chip. Paired with 4-lane LVDS high-speed interface, it ensures stable signal transmission and adjustable backlight. ROHS-certified, it has -30℃~+70℃ operating and -40℃~+80℃ storage temp ranges, withstanding extreme temps, industrial dust and automotive vibration.
Applications cover IPC monitoring, HMI, industrial control terminals, automotive smart cockpits (e.g., instrument sub-screens) and special vehicles. It offers professional display solutions for scenarios requiring wide temperature, high stability and full view. with customization supported to meet specific needs.

LCD Customization
In order to meet customers’ needs for a wide range of LCD displays, in addition to the mainstream aspect ratios of 4:3 or 16:9 displays, CDTech can support LCD size customization services, including NRE AA size and OD size. In addition, CDTech has cutting patent technology, which can cut any size according to customer requirements. Such as 2.9”, 3.9”, 4.6”, 5.8”, 6.5” for bar type displays and 5.0”, 7.5” for square type displays. Bar type displays are perfect for home appliances. Square and circle type displays are suitable for smart homes.

Touch Panel Customization
For TFT+CTP solutions, CDTech can support air bonding, OCA bonding and LOCA bonding. For TFT+cover glass(no touch), most customers prefer OCA bonding. However, CDTech can also help evaluate the feasibility of using air bonding or LOCA bonding and provide professional advice.

Usage Guidelines
CDTech’s LCD products have high quality reliability, allowing customers to use them for a long time without easily breaking down. However, we also suggest that customers will follow the correct operation or storage methods when using them: try to avoid direct contact with the FPC gold fingers with hands to prevent oxidation. It is recommended to wear anti-static gloves or finger cots for operation, and ensure effective grounding. When the products are not used for a long time, they should not be stored in high-temperature and high-humidity environments for a long time, but should be stored in a warehouse with appropriate temperature and humidity.

| Product Lifetime |
The lifetime of our product is determined by the lifetime of the LED in the backlight, usually 30000 hours or 50000 hours. Please refer to the specifications for details. |
| Warranty period |
The warranty period of CDTech is one year according to LCD industry standards. Within one year, any product with any problems can receive free after-sales service and returns. After one year, CDTech can still provide paid after-sales service. |
| ESD Protection |
All devices are designed and handled in consideration of ESD protection. This includes ESD-SAFE packaging within anti-static bags, wraps, and trays. Customers are reminded to always follow ESD safety to best protect the devices. |
