CDTech 2026 Team Building: Two Destinations, One Team

From September 9 to 12, 2026, CDTech hosted a four-day, three-night company-wide team-building activity. Employees chose between two destinations and traveled in two groups: Beijing and Yunnan.

The Beijing group explored the capital’s historic landmarks and urban scenery, while the Yunnan group enjoyed Yunnan’s natural landscapes and local culture. Although the groups visited different destinations, they shared the same goal: to unwind, strengthen connections, and create shared memories.

During the trip, team members visited scenic spots, enjoyed local food, and captured many memorable moments together.

Together We Go Further

The theme of this year’s team-building trip was:

“同心聚力赴山海，京滇逐梦启新程”

It reflects the spirit of coming together, embracing new experiences, and moving forward as one team.

For CDTech, team building is an opportunity for colleagues to connect beyond their daily work and strengthen the relationships that support better teamwork.

The four-day journey came to an end, but the memories and stronger team connections will remain. Recharged and more connected, the CDTech team looks forward to the journey ahead — together.
