This 15 inch bar type IPS TFT LCD display is designed for agricultural machinery, outdoor industrial equipment and rugged HMI systems requiring reliable visibility and stable touch interaction in harsh environments. With a stretched 1920×720 resolution and high brightness performance, the display remains clearly visible under direct sunlight and outdoor operating conditions. The integrated capacitive touch panel combined with OCA optical bonding technology improves touch accuracy while reducing internal reflection, providing better visibility and smoother operation for outdoor environments. LCD Customization
In LCD products, backlight does not only represent what we often call brightness and LED series and parallel connection. From the design point of view, backlight also includes colour gamut, structure(car structure, ultra-thin structure), screw hole positioning post(LCD side or back), NTC overheat protection, external backlight control option, and LED lifetime. In terms of materials, backlight includes light guides, backlight FPC, reflectors, diffusers, frames, and so on. CDTech can provide evaluation and customisation services for all of these options.

Touch Panel Customization
Our touch screen customization services support thick cover lens, operation with water or gloves, and the use of active or passive pens. We offer flexibility in selecting different IC solutions to meet specific needs, such as Microchip, Atmel, FocalTech, Goodix, ILITEK, EETI, HYCON, and Cypress. We can design G+G or GFF (film sensor) structures and support COG/COB designs for CTP-FPC. These customizations ensure our touchscreens meet the specific demands of various applications, ensuring reliable and precise touch functionality.

Usage Guidelines
CDTech’s LCD products have high quality reliability, allowing customers to use them for a long time without easily breaking down. However, we also suggest that customers will follow the correct operation or storage methods when using them: try to avoid direct contact with the FPC gold fingers with hands to prevent oxidation. It is recommended to wear anti-static gloves or finger cots for operation, and ensure effective grounding. When the products are not used for a long time, they should not be stored in high-temperature and high-humidity environments for a long time, but should be stored in a warehouse with appropriate temperature and humidity.

| Product Lifetime |
The lifetime of our product is determined by the lifetime of the LED in the backlight, usually 30000 hours or 50000 hours. Please refer to the specifications for details. |
| Warranty period |
The warranty period of CDTech is one year according to LCD industry standards. Within one year, any product with any problems can receive free after-sales service and returns. After one year, CDTech can still provide paid after-sales service. |
| ESD Protection |
All devices are designed and handled in consideration of ESD protection. This includes ESD-SAFE packaging within anti-static bags, wraps, and trays. Customers are reminded to always follow ESD safety to best protect the devices. |
